My ambition for this helicopter database

A Comprehensive Helicopter Database for Enthusiasts Worldwide

My aspiration for this helicopter database is to create a valuable resource for the helicopter industry and enthusiasts worldwide, including my friends who support me with their helicopter photographs.

In the Current List section, you will find about 100 helicopter datasheets, nearly complete and ready to be shared with the community. These pages provide detailed insights into helicopters that we have diligently documented to near perfection.

My ultimate ambition is to extend this level of detail to every helicopter ever manufactured and archived within our database. While achieving such comprehensive coverage is an ambitious goal, I remain fully committed alongside my dedicated friends and picture contributors to make it a reality.

We recognize the challenges involved in gathering and organizing such a vast amount of information. However, our determination remains unwavering. Our collective efforts focus not only on maintaining and updating existing records but also on incorporating new helicopter registrations from across the globe. What Our Database Covers

Our master dataset includes essential information, such as: Construction number
Registration or serial code
Type
Year of construction
Operator
Owner when permitted
Location

Whenever possible, we aim to include additional relevant details. In some instances, we may have only partial data, such as the type, registration, and country, while lacking operator information. However, we are dedicated to filling these gaps and continuously enhancing the database.

This project is a labor of passion, and with the support of our community, we strive to make this an invaluable and ever-growing resource for helicopter enthusiasts and aviation historians worldwide.

Newly added are now also helicopters that are for sale! Unfortunately, I am currently unable to carry out as many updates as I would like, as I am still managing the database on my own.
